With over a decade of teaching experience at esteemed institutions like the University of Exeter and Bournemouth University, I am deeply committed to providing high-quality education that prepares students for success in their careers. As a Programme Leader in Accounting for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, I have had the privilege of guiding students towards achieving their academic and professional goals. Additionally, as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), I bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the table. My training and skill set are tailored to equip students for the demands of the job market, particularly in fields such as accountancy, audit, finance, banking, and investment banking. Whether you’re aiming to pursue a career in these areas or seeking to enhance your skills for professional growth, I am here to support and empower you every step of the way.

Hello there! My name is Maham. I am a second year undergraduate student studying Economics and Finance at the University of Leeds. Having been in your position not that long ago now- undergoing GCSE’s and A-levels- I understand how overwhelmed and anxious students can be. However, as a tutor I will show how achievable your academic goals can be with the right help and mindset. I explain concepts simply and focus heavily on exam techniques I myself used. I teach the subjects I am truly passionate about and want to assist in helping you tackle those subjects and hopefully enjoy the process as well. I also heavily focus on effective evidence-based revision techniques so that my students know what they should be doing in there own independent study time. I love to see my student’s confidence growing as they progress and I would love to join you in your journey… an academic comeback awaits you…!

A life dedicated towards knowledge. I’m Nathan and I’m the teacher that makes the difference. A Cambridge university first class engineering graduate, I’ve spent a lifetime immersed in the pursuit of educational excellence. 10 years as a tutor has seen me work with students from high school to masters and PhD, supporting them in a full spectrum of mathematics, science and engineering disciplines.

My approach to teaching is to focus on instilling deep understanding. I believe such understanding is open to any student provided they develop the right building blocks. The efficacy of my process, of breaking down complicated topics and grounding ideas with pertinent examples, is born out in the results of my students, such as a recent 4.7 GPA for MIT Master of Finance.

I’m a strong advocate of putting knowledge to work in the real world, so outside of tutoring, I have spent the last 10 years working as finance director, strategist and fundraiser within innovative startup ventures. And beyond work I’m a passionate musician and keen mountaineer.

I have over 10 years teaching experience. I teach accountancy, finance, investment, tax, maths & statistics in A level graduate and post graduate level. In addition, I teach high profile professional exam students for ACCA, ACA, CIMA, AAT, CTA, ATT, CISI, IMC and CFA. I also teach portfolio management, wealth management, corporate finance, financial reporting, quantitative method, econometrics, equity investment, fixed income, alternative investment, risk management, derivatives and foreign exchange. In accountancy, I teach all subjects area which includes financial accounting, financial reporting, corporate reporting, management accounting, performance management, financial management including advanced financial management, audit and assurance, personal taxation, corporate taxation, capital gain tax, value added tax and inheritance tax. Moreover, I also teach GCSE and A level maths, statistics & accounting and cover all boards syllabus.
I have completed BSc (Honours) in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University. In addition, I have passed two high profile professional exams (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA Chartered Financial Analyst CFA) in accounting, finance and investment sector.
