About Me
Hello everyone!, My name is Mohamed Sameh Saafan, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself with you. Currently, I’m a student at the College of Artificial Intelligence at Autónoma University de Barcelona, where I’m studying to become an expert in this exciting field. I’ve always been fascinated by the potential of artificial intelligence to solve complex problems, and I’m eager to learn as much as I can about the subject. But my interest in technology doesn’t stop with AI.
I’ve also participated in numerous programming contests and robotics challenges, where I’ve put my skills to the test in a competitive environment. These experiences have taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and creativity, and I’m grateful for the opportunities they’ve provided me I got many Gold,Silver Places around Africa and the world championships and I’m totally ready to teach specially programming skills and also tips and tricks in all subjects focused in computer science specially.
Outside of my personal interests, I’m always looking for ways to give back to my community. I’ve volunteered at local organizations, where I’ve helped to teach programming and technology skills to young people who might not otherwise have access to these resources. It’s a rewarding experience, and I’m grateful for the chance to make a difference in someone else’s life. Looking ahead, I’m excited to see where my studies and experiences will take me. I hope to use my skills and knowledge to help tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges, and to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a bit better, and I look forward to connecting with you more in the future.
Given below are the grades I have received in IB and GCSE:
IB:
Physics (A*)
ICT(A*)
Computer Science (A*)
GCSE:
Physics(9)
Chemistry(9)
ICT(9)
Science(9)
Electronics(9)
My teaching style
As a teacher, my teaching style is centered around creating an engaging and interactive learning experience for my students. I believe that physics is best learned through a combination of theory and practical application, and I strive to integrate both in my lessons. In order to make the subject matter accessible and understandable to all students, I use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, and hands-on experiments. I encourage students to ask questions and share their own ideas and perspectives, as this fosters critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
In addition to traditional teaching methods, I also utilize technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience. For example, I may use interactive simulations or videos to help students visualize complex concepts and phenomena. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire curiosity and passion for the subject in my students. I believe that by creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment, I can help students develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
My past experience
Yes, It was for 2 years teaching physics and introduction in programming and problem solving with its skills
My Proudest Achievements
I was qualified for the Africa and Arab Programming Championship. It was really hard with more than 200 teams, but finally I won the contest. Also, I participated in the Roboboat Championship with Robonation, and I won the race with my ship, which I implemented from scratch. I’m skilled and well-experienced in Python, C, C++, data structures, problem solving, computer organization, operating systems, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and image processing.
