15About Me
Hi there! My name is Clara and I am a recent graduate from The University of Edinburgh where I attained a first-class honours degree in MA (Hons) English Literature. I have been a part-time tutor for the last five years and have enjoyed teaching students online. I started my teaching journey in Beijing teaching students English Literature and Language.
As well as this, I am an enthusiastic LAMDA teacher! I love to help students prepare for LAMDA exams or to use the sessions to explore different aspects of performance!
I studied the International Baccalaureate when I was at school and achieved 38 points in total. For higher level, I did History (6), English Literature (6) and Music (7). For standard level, I did Chemistry (5), Italian (6) and Maths (5). For my Extended Essay I achieved full marks (3).
My teaching style
I provide one-to-one tutoring sessions which will be personalized beforehand. I closely work with students on areas of work that are providing difficulty and intend to conquer these issues through mindmaps, flash cards and memory games!

Yes – five years.
My Proudest Achievements
I received a message from a student I used to teach who said they got the highest in the year for English literature after being in the second set! I worked with her for a term and she grew in confidence and ability!
