I am very experienced in the field of accounting with 20 years of experience in various fields. I am very passionate and am detailed with my approach. I am skilled in aspects of cash flow, balance sheets, financial statements, Vat returns, PAYE, Audits, team management, coaching & mentoring. I am versatile and have worked with varying degrees of complexity and organisations. I have a keen eye for detail and am very numerate and analytical being able to spot discrepencies. I train team members to understand the reasons of what they are doing, knock on impact of getting it wrong. Also train them to identify what can go wrong and when things can go wrong. Predicting patterns and identifying trends and being meticulous with forecasting , variance analysis. Having detailed checks and balances in place.

I am very patient and adaptable and always willing to share my experience. I am approchable,honest and very good in coaching and mentoring and find seeing my teammembers grow and develp very rewarding.
