About Me
I am a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual dedicated to empowering children within the education system. I am deeply passionate about supporting the youth and firmly believe in their potential for success. In today’s educational landscape, fostering inclusivity and providing equal opportunities for all is paramount.
My background is in Psychology, and I continued to complete a PGCE in 2017. Since then, I have taught across 25 various schools across Staffordshire and now successfully run a tuition company which is based in Burton Upon Trent. I have experience of teaching children of different ages and year groups. I am truly passionate about teaching children of different ages and backgrounds, making a difference to their learning experiences and education.
Teachers are important for several reasons. They play a crucial role in shaping our knowledge and skills, helping us understand complex subjects and think critically. They also inspire and motivate students, encouraging them to pursue their passions and reach their full potential. Beyond academics, teachers often provide guidance and support, helping students navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom. Overall, they help create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
My teaching style
I’d say my teaching style is pretty friendly and relaxed. I like to keep things simple and straightforward, breaking down complex ideas into easy-to-understand bits. I’m all about making learning fun and engaging, so I try to keep things interactive and relatable. If you ever have questions, just ask away, and I’ll do my best to help!
My past experience
Yes – I run a private tuition company. Tuition is catered for students as young as 4 years of age and up to GCSE level.
My Proudest Achievements
I think my proudest achievements come from those moments when I can help someone understand something new or solve a tricky problem. It’s super rewarding to see someone go from confused to confident.
