About Me
Hey there, my name is Joseph. i am a third year post grad med student at Flinders Uni in Adelaide. Before med, i was working as a physio for 6 years. i took the plunge to apply for med, seeking a more challenging career. i worked really hard to get a good gamsat score, did courses, had tutoring and eventually it paid dividends. studying med is great, it is challenging no doubt but really manageable and fun when you have a good balance. achieving a good balance can seem like an impossible task but with the right person mentoring you, it is a piece of cake. it all starts with the right approach to how you study on your journey to medical school, so i can support you right the way through like i was. getting in seems tough but i was able to get in, and i’ll do what i can to make sure you are the same!
My teaching style
my style is simple yet effective. i feel there is no need to overcomplicate anything. i like to break down what the issue at hand is, and develop a tailored approach for you. i will help guide you through, not just by telling you what to do, but by supporting you though each step of the way.
My past experience
yes, i have tutored year 12 students in biology and physics, 1st and 2nd year uni students in human physiology as well as dissection anatomy tutoring.
