Latilda

Hi! My name is Latilda and I am a 3rd year medical student from Anglia Ruskin University. I can understand how exhausting the medicine application process can be and how difficult this can be to balance with preparing for exams. I can assure you that your academic success is my priority and am eager to help anyhow. From tutoring for GCSE/ A level subjects to personal statements, interviews and admissions exams I am willing to lend a helping hand. I have always enjoyed the sciences and psychology and constantly find myself fascinated by the human body. I am active in student life being part of the PsychNeuro committee and previously holding a role in the Widening Access to Medicine committee at my university. I have a passion for helping students that would like to get into medicine being someone who has been through the arduous process of applying to medicine. I am an experienced tutor having successfully tutored GCSE students to achieve their target grades. I also have a lot of expertise in medicine interview preparation having conducted many mock interviews. I absolutely love learning and place a strong emphasis on understanding what you learn rather than just memorising for passing exams. I believe this style of teaching prepares you for your university academic life.
