About Me
Hi, I am Gordon. I am a Graduate of Cell and Molecular biology and gained my degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and I have also finished my MRes degree at UCL. I am currently a Doctoral student studying Clinical Neuroscience at the University Of Oxford . I have a great affinity for Neuroscience and Biology and am also passionateabout sharinge my knowledge in Biology. Furthermore, I have a good international background and am proficient in English, Chinese , and Cantonese ( also good in Japanese too) , don’t worry if you are not confident in English !
I understand the difficulties of studying biology and am dedicated to guiding students to achieve better in the field of Biology. I am also an academic advisor in Scholar Lunch and help high-achieving students in research work.
My teaching style
As an international tutor and a person who works in a multidisciplinary field . These experiences led me to develop a repertoire of strategies to explain abstract and unfamiliar concepts and I believe this will be very useful in teaching as well
In short, I would say I am an enthusiastic and patient tutor which love interactive Classes with a combination of basic lectures
