My teaching style
I believe that the best teaching style is one that recognizes the diverse learning needs of students and adapts to create an inclusive, engaging, and effective learning environment. I have adopted a holistic and student-centered approach to teaching always putting the student first. I execute this via clear communication with effective engagement and interaction within my lessons. I employ critical thinking and problem-solving within my lessons to present real-world scenarios and complex challenges, fostering analytical thinking and the application of knowledge to practical situations.
I also provide constructive feedback and assessment. I have a firm belief that regular feedback is essential for students to gauge their progress and understand areas that need improvement. The best teaching style provides constructive feedback that highlights both accomplishments and areas for growth, motivating students to strive for continuous improvement.
Most importantly I aim to cultivate curiosity to develop a genuine interest in the subject matter. This is to ensure students look forward to every lesson and enjoy themselves whilst learning!
